1. Information Apex collects
When you use an Apex form, you may provide your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, website, location, project needs, call-flow details, giveaway entry or other information you choose to share.
2. Why it is used
- To review and respond to a quote, audit, trial or support request.
- To provide the service you ask for and keep a record of its agreed scope and progress.
- To run a giveaway, check entries and contact a selected winner.
- To protect forms from spam and misuse.
- To meet legal, safety and record-keeping needs.
Sending a request does not sign you up for marketing. Optional case-study or photo permission is separate and does not affect a quote, trial or giveaway entry.
3. Service providers
Apex uses third-party services to host pages, store form records, send email, manage payments and protect forms. These providers process information as needed to perform those jobs. Stripe handles payment details; Apex does not ask you to enter card details into its public forms. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal information through a form.
4. Storage and access
Form details are stored in systems used by Apex and are available to the operator for the purpose the form was submitted. Apex uses access controls and reasonable security measures. No online system can be promised completely risk-free.
5. Retention and your choices
Apex keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle your request, provide a service, keep business records or meet legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct or delete information by using the relevant Apex contact form and clearly describing your request. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
6. Links and changes
Apex pages may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are separate. This notice may be updated; the latest date appears above.
7. Contact
For a privacy request, use the Website contact form, the Automation audit form, or the Receptionist trial form.
