Terms and conditions

  1. Entry is free. No purchase is required. One entry per business per calendar month. The business must operate in Queensland; the entrant must be 18 or older and authorised to enter.
  2. Entries close at 11:59pm Brisbane time on the last day of each month. The next round opens after the draw on the 1st at 5pm Brisbane time. Entries are not accepted while a round is closed.
  3. Apex randomly selects one eligible entry for the previous month at 5pm Brisbane time on the 1st. Your written reason and optional publicity choice do not affect your odds. Apex contacts the selected entrant by email.
  4. The prize is one custom workflow connecting up to two existing business apps, with a maximum service value of A$1,497. The exact suitable scope is agreed in writing. Third-party subscriptions, message charges and ongoing support are not included. No cash alternative.
  5. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, Apex may select another eligible entry. The winner’s identity is not published without separate permission.
  6. Case-study permission is optional. Apex will ask separately before using a photo or details beyond the permission you gave.
  7. Entry details are used to run this Automation giveaway and contact you about your entry. This is not consent to marketing emails.
